Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business subscribing) and Vaultr ("Vaultr", "we") for the use of Carvoy and this website. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them. You must be authorised to act for your business.

Carvoy is a CRM for vehicle export businesses. Each customer receives its own private workspace, which we set up within 1 business day of receiving your setup details, and host, maintain and back up for you. We create your user in that workspace and send the login to the delivery email you give us; that login is your licence to use Carvoy.

We may improve or change features over time. We will not remove a core feature you rely on without notice.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices exclude taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the reseller and appears on your receipt and card statement.
• If a payment fails we may suspend the workspace after reminding you by email.

• The Lifetime Licence is a single payment for a permanent, non-transferable licence for one business, for up to 25 users.
• Your workspace is hosted by us. The first year of hosting, updates and support is included from the purchase date.
• From year two, hosting, updates and support cost $300 a year. If you don't renew, we give you a full export of your data and close the workspace; you can renew later to reopen it.
• Nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew.

You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future charges. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: purchases can be refunded until we deliver your Carvoy login, and are non-refundable once delivered. At checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has taken place.

You own the data you put into Carvoy. We only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it anytime, and we provide a full export on request for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

• Use Carvoy only for lawful business purposes.
• Keep logins secure and give access only to your own staff and customers.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or resell Carvoy.

We provide Carvoy with reasonable skill and care. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
