1. Who we are
Vaultr, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, operates this website and Carvoy. Contact privacy@vaultr.tech about anything in this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email and password (stored hashed).
- Billing details: plan, company name and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
- Demo requests: the details you submit on the demo form.
- Agreement records: the terms you accepted, the policy version, and the time and IP address of acceptance.
- Usage data: pages viewed and basic device information, used to keep the service secure.
3. Data inside your Carvoy workspace
Records you add to Carvoy (vehicles, customers, invoices, finance) belong to your business. For that data we act as a processor on your behalf and only use it to run, secure and back up your workspace.
4. How we use it
- To create your account, set up your workspace and provide support.
- To bill your subscription and keep records required by law.
- To respond to demo requests you send us.
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
6. Your rights and retention
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@vaultr.tech. We keep account and billing records for as long as the law requires, and delete workspace data 30 days after cancellation.
